Physical training

Hello!
I'm Riko Okazaki, who will be in charge of the blog this time!
In addition to training to run normally, we are doing physical training to build a strong body that does not break down and to be able to run faster.

 

 

On this day, Mr. Hayashida, an athletic coach, visited us for training.
It is a basic movement while running, such as raising the thigh and swinging the arm, but I found that there are many important points such as whether the axis is properly conscious.
In fact, the feeling was completely different before and after training.

 

 

We did core training indoors.
It is a training that requires a core to run a long distance.
The core training, which has been upgraded from last year, is very tough, but if you do it with everyone, you can do your best. Again, not just doing it, but doing it in the correct form will also lead to running.

I think that we can strengthen each other by doing things in pairs that we do not notice if we do it alone and having them improve the form.
Especially in this cold season, it is easy to get injured, so I would like to take good care of building a body to run well.
