We had a training camp in Kochi prefecture from March 14th to 18th.

It's been the 4th year since the foundation, and with the addition of new members, the same 4th grade as the university has been completed, so the team has become quite lively!
The track race will finally start in April.
Overcoming the winter run, speed practice is gradually increasing.
I've been practicing well and I've been able to make the transition to the season with a good flow, so I'll do my best to set a new self-record in the race again this year!

Also, March 15th was the birthday of coach Hori.
