We held a training camp in Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture from April 11th to 15th.
After this training camp, we had a lot of adjustment practice ahead of the race, but I felt that the atmosphere of each practice was very tight!

Also, this time, I asked the Tomiyama trainer to teach me how to make movements at the Hofu City Athletics Stadium.

It was the first time for us as a new member, so it was still an unfamiliar move, but I hope that I can gradually incorporate it into my warm-up while properly recalling what I learned this time!

Every day I learn a lot from joining the company, but I feel like I'm having a very fulfilling life!
I will do my best to get used to this environment as soon as possible and help the team as much as possible.
