We had a training camp in Kochi Prefecture from January 3rd to 8th.
It was the end of the year-end and New Year holidays, so I was able to run in a very fresh state.

Have you set your goals for this year yet?
I ended up not achieving most of my goals in 2022, but I believe that by going through good and bad years and continuing to work hard, I can achieve my biggest dream.
I believe that you can lead a very fulfilling life if you have at least one goal in your studies, work, and life, not just sports. prize!
The Daiso Women's Ekiden Club will be celebrating its 5th anniversary this year.
It's also a milestone, a year of competition! So, the whole team is on fire, so please continue to support us in 2023!
