Sera training camp
Hello! My name is Mori Hinata and I am in charge of this blog.
We held a training camp in Sera Town from November 24th to 25th.
I usually practice on mountain trails and riverbed courses in Sera Town. Nowadays, I feel less fatigued the next day than when I first joined the company, and my muscles no longer hurt.
I feel that my legs and core are strong enough to run on uneven terrain.
Most races involve running on well-paved tracks or roads, but there are some muscles that can only be strengthened on rough terrain, so I think it's important to do steady practice like this.
There is only one month left this year.
I'll do my best to get a good result in the few races left!
