We held a training camp in Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture from April 8th to 12th.
During this training camp, we made adjustments as preparation for the track meet.
We used the cross-country course at the Seminar Park and the Kirin Lemon Stadium athletics field as practice areas.
The temperature is rising and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, making us feel the arrival of spring.

I'm slowly getting used to my new living environment. I still have a lot to learn, but I'll keep moving forward, one step at a time!
First of all, it's my first year. I want to do my best and hang in there, full of energy and without any injuries!
