The first Chugoku Corporate Long Distance Record Meet was held at Miyoshi Sports Park on April 13th.

The 3000m was the second race of the season following last week's 1500m. Although there was a slight wind, the temperature was cool and it was easy to run.
Even though I had little time to practice in Japan, I was able to maintain my own pace and run a better time than last year, which was great.
Track season has begun and I will be working hard to improve my personal best in all events this year.
