Hello! I'm Misaki Kato, the person in charge of this blog!
We participated in the Hokuren Distance Challenge in Abashiri, Hokkaido, on July 10th. It was our first time running in Abashiri, but the conditions were good and it was easy to run.
I competed in the 3000m and was able to improve my personal best for the first time in about three years.
Although I set a personal best, I identified some issues in this race, so I'll practice hard at the upcoming summer training camp, get stronger in time for autumn, and do my best to improve my time even more!
