On December 5th, we held a track and field class for all students (approximately 60 students) of Itajonishi Elementary School.
This time, we divided into two groups and gave instruction on how to run for the endurance race in February.
After making the movements that the athletes usually do, they moved their bodies together through jogging and deformation dashes, and finally had a relay competition with the children.
It was held in the cold weather, but it was impressive that all the children ran very happily until the end.
