I participated in an endurance running record improvement class held in Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture on November 8th.
This time, we exercised with about 100 children from 1st to 4th grade of elementary school.
After preparatory exercises and warm-ups, the first and second year students ran an 800m time trial, and the third and fourth year students ran a 1000m time trial.
During the time trial, the athletes acted as pacemakers and ran alongside the children while calling out to them.
It was impressive to see everyone running so hard until the end!
