Online training

Hello! This is Hoka Yamashita, who will be in charge of the blog this time!
We receive training guidance from coach Hayashida (representative of ONE COACH) every month. Basically, we receive direct guidance, but we also incorporate online training from measures against the new coronavirus.

 

 

This time, the training time was longer than last time, so the body movements that I could endure until the last time became tight in the second half, and the basic shape collapsed.
In the future, I would like to work on it so that I can be aware of small details such as keeping the basic shape, and connect it to running.
