Hello! My name is Misaki Kato and I am in charge of this blog.
I participated in the Kansai Business Group Distance Trial in Kyoto held in Kyoto Prefecture on December 11th.

This time I participated in the 5000m and was able to set my personal best, but I did not reach the target time and it was a disappointing result.

I found an issue in this race, so I will do my best to achieve it.

This year's track race is over, but I'll do my best for next year.
