Hello! This is Riko Okazaki, who will be in charge of the blog this time!
We participated in the 105th Japan Championships in Athletics Cross Country Race Senior Women's 8km held at Uminonakamichi Seaside Park in Fukuoka Prefecture on February 26th.

I was always nervous before the race because I was able to practice with high quality during the training camp and regular practice, but this time I stood at the start line with excitement.
It was very tough on the course with intense ups and downs, but I was able to run tenaciously in the second half.
I'm glad I was able to reach my goal record!
However, there are still some improvements, so I will make good use of the experience I had in the presence of top-level players this time and do my best to improve my level further for the upcoming race!

After our race, Inoue Running Coach participated in the senior men's 10km.
Continuing from last year, this time too, the race was aggressive from the start!

I will continue to do my best to strengthen my strength for the track season!
