Training camp

Kochi Camp

Hello! My name is Yuka Sarumita and I am in charge of this blog.
First of all, I would like to express my deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
As a native of Ishikawa Prefecture, this was a painful event that happened in my hometown. I sincerely pray that you will be able to live in an environment where you can live safely as soon as possible.

Hello, I have recently joined the company.
I'm still a novice, but I'll do my best so that as many people as possible can see my good performance!
Thank you very much for your support!

We held a training camp in Kochi Prefecture from January 3rd to 8th.
It was a training camp right after I returned home, but it was also a training camp with fresh junior high and high school students participating, so I got a lot of inspiration from it.

After recovering from my injury, I resumed training in earnest from this training camp.
My body quickly became stiff and exhausted, but I managed to get through it.

It was often tough when I was injured, but I realized how happy I was to be able to run every day as if it were something I took for granted.
I'm glad I was able to feel the joy of running and the gratitude of being able to practice in a warm place.

As a runner from Ishikawa Prefecture, I will do my best to run in a way that gives power to everyone in my hometown of Ishikawa Prefecture, which was affected by the disaster.
Thank you for reading until the end!
