The 42nd National Interprefectural Women's Ekiden Tournament was held in Kyoto on January 14th.
I ran in Ward 2 as part of the Hiroshima Prefecture team.

We were all very happy with the podium and medals we achieved in the Ekiden.
I wanted to contribute to my goal of winning 8th place, and I think I was able to fulfill my role by being able to stay within the winning range.
I am very grateful to everyone who has supported and cheered me on, for hosting the tournament, and for running with the Hiroshima Prefecture team.

I'm really thankful to you!
This year, I will do my best to aim for the top in both the individual and relay races.
