Hello! My name is Misaki Kato and I am in charge of this blog!
On March 17th, I participated in the 45th Matsue Ladies Half Marathon held in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, my home prefecture.
It was my first half marathon, so I was very nervous.

Although I got off to a good start, by the 10km mark I had separated from the lead group.
As we approached the second half, my legs weren't moving as I expected, and the result was disappointing.

Not only did I lack experience and strength, but I also felt firsthand the difficulty of running a half marathon.
Track season begins in April. Last year I suffered from an injury and wasn't able to run as well as I had hoped, so I want to do my best to get good results this year!
