Hello. I'm Koyuki Kato, the person in charge of this blog.
He participated in the 5000m at the 58th Oda Mikio Memorial International Athletics Meet held on April 29th.

As with last year, the race was held in the rain this year, but the temperature was not low and there was not much wind, so it was easy to run.

I couldn't run as well as I wanted in the second half, so again the result was disappointing.

Although I was aware of the issues I had identified last time, this race also uncovered new issues.
For the next race, I will practice hard so that I can overcome the challenges I found this time.
