Online training

We visit the Hayashida Trainer (ONE COACH representative) from outside the prefecture twice a month for physical training.
This time we couldn't come due to the influence of corona, so as an exercise style for the first time, we conducted "online training" instead of online classes.
When I was connected to the trainer Hayashida, everyone was thrilled and excited, but immediately after that I changed my mind and practiced.

This time, I trained my trunk and upper limbs using balance balls and tubes for about an hour. During that time, I found my weak points and became more and more difficult as I repeated my core training. In my daily practice, I would like to incorporate and strengthen what I have learned this time.

Both my seniors and my sync were able to find my weaknesses in the same way, so the team will work as one and continue to work hard to strengthen and work hard toward the goal of Queens Ekiden.
