Spring practice

Hello! This is Rebecca.

It's getting hot, but we're still practicing, not losing heat!

 

Now we are doing cross-country courses, river banks, and practicing on slopes. Since there are many ups and downs on the cross-country course, I try to run with particular attention to climbing.

Since last week, I have gradually been able to practice on the track.

After a long time, I was able to practice at a good pace during the track practice.

 

I would like to run firmly toward track races and Ekiden.
