104th Japan Championships in Athletics Cross Country Race

I'm Nozomi Matsumoto, who is in charge of this blog.

We recently participated in the 104th Japan Championships in Athletics Cross Country Race held in Fukuoka Prefecture.

I've been able to do high-quality exercises little by little, so I decided to take the lead to the point where I could go to test my current strength. I couldn't keep up with one of the four laps, and I felt that I was still lacking in strength.
However, it was a very good experience to be able to challenge the pace even a little while there were top class players in Japan!

Coach Inoue, who has been pulling as a practice partner on a regular basis, also participated in the senior men's 10km section that was held after our race, and showed us an aggressive and bold race that pulled the lead!

Also, congratulations to Kengo Suzuki, who recently set a new Japanese record in the men's full marathon. I'm from Ehime prefecture, the same as Suzuki, so I'd like to encourage myself and do my best to practice.
Thank you for reading until the end!
