We participated in the athlete training support project "Athletics Class" held in Sera Town on May 29th. On the day of the event, the long jump class taught by Yohei Sugai (Mizuno) and the long-distance practice session supported by Naoko Takahashi were held for about an hour and a half. Was happy to support you.
We were blessed with the weather, and we were able to sweat comfortably with just under 70 junior and senior high school students!
After the classroom, there was a lecture by Naoko Takahashi.
We talked about how to spend your days, mentally, how to set goals, and so on.
