On October 30th, I participated in the track and field class of the Ryohoku Rotary Club.
This time, I moved my body with about 60 elementary school students.
After doing some warm-up exercises, we did hurdle training and movements that Ikezaki is actually doing, and finally performed a transformation dash.
The children seemed to be having a great time with the training, which was different from usual.
