On November 15th, we held a track and field class at Higashi-Saijo Elementary School.
This time, we practiced for the endurance race for the 6th graders.
After a full-body exercise, I did a sprint and then actually ran 1km.
We proceeded while teaching the children how to breathe and pacing when running.
You guys have been worked hard!
