50th anniversary project: Visiting lectures (recreation) at special support schools

Daiso industries Co., Ltd. (Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, President: Seiji Yano, hereinafter referred to as "Daiso industries Co., Ltd.")

As part of our community contribution activities in our 50th anniversary project, we hold on-site lectures at special needs schools throughout the year.

As a new project this time, we implemented a recreation using DAISO products (planned by Play Care Co., Ltd.).

In the first half, we made tape flowers using cloth tape, and in the second half, we experienced a light sport called a pin cup competition.

All of the participating students concentrated on their work and created unique works.

On the day of the event, an alumnus who graduated from Eifuku Gakuen, the host school, and is currently working at a DAISO store, introduced his work.

This project aims to provide an opportunity to recognize diversity regardless of disability, age or gender through a DIY experience using our products.

It was held for that purpose, and is scheduled to be held four times in the future, mainly in Hiroshima.
