Multi-stakeholder policy

Based on the importance of co-creating value with a variety of stakeholders in corporate management, including not only shareholders but also employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities, we aim to work with multiple stakeholders. We will continue to work on appropriate collaboration. Based on this, from the perspective that appropriately distributing profits and results generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement to multiple stakeholders will lead to maintaining the momentum of wage increases and sustainable economic development. Based on the importance of giving back to employees and being considerate to business partners, we will proceed with the following initiatives.

Record

1.Return to employees

Our company will focus on maximizing added value by focusing on investing management resources in growth fields, developing employees' abilities and improving their skills, and other means to achieve sustainable growth and improve productivity. Based on the profits and results generated, we will increase wages in an appropriate manner that takes into account the company's situation, in accordance with the "Basic Principles of Wage Determination," and also provide other comprehensive treatment improvements. We aim to provide sustainable returns to our employees by proactively focusing on education and training to improve employee engagement and further improve productivity.

(Individual items)
Specifically, with regard to wage increases, we will work to review treatment standards based on internal and external trends, and also adhere to our company motto, ``Enriching the lives of people around the world at one price - Impressive Prices, Impressive Quality.'' In order to achieve this goal, we will work to develop an educational system and in-house systems that will enable our employees to take on challenges with free ideas and autonomous career development.

2. Consideration for business partners

We will continue to adhere to the contents of the Partnership Building Declaration. If the Partnership Building Declaration is removed from publication, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of our Multi-Stakeholder Policy.
