We held a training camp on Mt. Ontake in Gifu Prefecture from August 2nd to August 9th.

The higher the altitude, the higher the load on the body, but I was able to concentrate on the practice in a cool environment! !!
We will continue to work together as a team for the Ekiden season!

The hot days will continue. I would like to overcome the training camp while taking measures against heat stroke and paying attention to dehydration.
