It rained almost every day, how are you guys?

I participated in the 5000m at the 75th China Five Prefectures Athletics Competition on August 21st.

In the first half, I was able to save my physical strength in the back position and run close to the plan to increase the pace in the second half, and I was able to update my personal best for the third time this year!
Compared to how well I practiced on a daily basis, I still feel unsatisfied in the match, but this time I felt that it would be okay to proceed at a faster time, which was not in the usual race, and it was a good harvest.

It's only two months before the first appearance of the Princess Ekiden. I will do my best toward the relay road race while strengthening the rest of the summer training camp and track race!
