Physical training

hello! I'm Honoka Yamashita, and I'm in charge of this blog.
We have been having a training camp at Mitake since August 1st.
On the 4th, coach Hayashida came and trained.

 

 

 

I was able to do well-balanced training by dividing into groups and doing training that mixed recreation, and doing trunk training alone.
I would like to apply what I have learned this time and what I have learned up until now and apply it to my running.
