I'm Misaki Aihara, and I'm in charge of this blog!
On September 10th, I participated in the 3000m at the outdoor ③ Takamatsu UD Record Meeting.

Looking at the results alone, there are some areas where I think my condition has improved, but I was disappointed with how the race unfolded.
With so many high school students participating, I couldn't actively get ahead of them, and the race ended up just following behind.
Taking advantage of this reflection, I will do my best to create my own pace and run aggressively at the next record meeting without being timid! !

I will cherish daily practice for the ekiden season and do my best to participate in the ekiden in the best condition.
