I competed in the 3000m.

In August, I was able to run solidly for about three weeks at the Ontake Nigorigo Highland Training Center in Gifu Prefecture, so I was able to run at a good pace until the end.
I thought that the results of the summer camp were coming out little by little.

I will do my best at the All Japan Business Team Athletics Championships on September 25th! !
