We held training camps in Hokkaido and Gifu prefectures in the summer.
In Hokkaido, a joint practice was held with the Chinese Business Federation team.
We practiced together, and it was very stimulating.

Also, at the Gifu training camp, we mainly ran at the Ontake Nigorigo Highlands Training Center.
It was very hard to practice at high altitude, but I gradually got used to it and was able to run well until the end.

I was able to run well in the summer, so I want to be able to show the results in future competitions!
