My name is Sakura Takehara and I am in charge of this blog.
I participated in the 5000m race at the 4th China Business Group Long Distance Record Meeting held on November 19th.
I was able to achieve my one goal of cutting under 16 minutes.

I kept feeling like I was hitting a wall of 16 minutes and wasn't able to make it, but I'm glad I kept trying and didn't give up.
As for the content of the race, there are some parts that I haven't been able to overcome myself, so I'll face them firmly and do my best to beat my personal best.
