On December 4th, we held a track and field class at Senzaki Elementary School in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
This time, 50 children who play other sports such as baseball participated.
Since the children were always exercising, I had them experience making movements that the athletes of the Daiso Women's Ekiden Club usually do.
After that, we played rock-paper-scissors using the whole body as an icebreaker, and at the end, we all had a relay showdown.
In the relay, there was no difference in power between any of the teams, and it was a lot of fun until the end.
