On November 14th, we held a track and field class at Higashi Saijo Elementary School.
This time, we worked with 5th and 6th grade students to create movements before exercise.
Led by Coach Inoue and Mr. Ikezaki, the session progressed while explaining points to be careful of when running.
All the children worked hard!
