Daiso industries Co., Ltd. (Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, President: Seiji Yano, hereinafter referred to as "Daiso industries Co., Ltd.") has established the "Daiso industries Co., Ltd. Sangyo Kanagawa RDC (Regional Distribution Center)" in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. A completion ceremony will be held on July 6, 2023 (Thursday), inviting related parties, and shipments will begin in late August of the same year. Kanagawa RDC will be the ninth RDC in Japan operated by Daiso industries Co., Ltd., and as a distribution network base in the southern Kanto area, we will continue to supply products to about 400 DAISO stores in Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, etc. We aim to solve issues such as expanding shipping capacity and reducing the workload at stores, which have become issues with the increase in the number of new store openings in recent years.
Daiso industries Co., Ltd. will continue to expand its RDC bases, create an environment where employees can work safely and securely, and contribute to the stable and reliable supply of products to customers.
