My child heard that a game console stand that was at his friend's house was a Daiso product, but he didn't know the name or what it looked like, so he was looking for it everywhere. When I asked a staff member, he guided me to the location of the product despite my vague explanation, and I was able to find it safely!

Also, there were two cashiers, and both of them were very kind and efficient, which was wonderful. Not just today, but even though there are always a lot of customers lined up, everyone is kind and polite, so I always have a pleasant time shopping here.

The other day, I went to look for a multi-driver but couldn't find one, so I asked an employee to check the stock and sales area.
Apparently they didn't have it in stock, so when I told them I was looking for a screwdriver to change the needle on my sewing machine, they thought up some possible alternatives and suggested a stainless steel spatula for scooping cream, etc.

When I got home and tried it, the screw groove fit perfectly and I was able to replace the needle without any problems! Even though the store had just reopened and there were a lot of customers due to the long weekend, the staff were very kind to me from start to finish. Thank you very much.
