Daiso industries Co., Ltd., Ltd. (Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President: Seiji Yano; hereinafter referred to as “Daiso industries Co., Ltd.”) and Izumi Co., Ltd. (Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President: Yasuaki Yamanishi; hereinafter referred to as “Izumi”) On Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Youme Town Higashi-Hiroshima in Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, we will hold a “Run and Throw! Parent-Child Race Class & Handball Experience” for children.
The corporate teams of both companies are actively working on social contribution activities through sports, and this event was held as part of that. This event will feature the Daiso Women's Ekiden Club run by Daiso Daiso industries Co., Ltd. and the women's handball team run by Izumi.
This is the first collaboration of "Izumi Maple Reds".
On the day of the event, for children aged 5 to 12 and their parents,
We are planning to hold a parent-child running class, a hands-on game using handball, and a talk show.
Through this project, children can learn about the fun of sports, broaden the base of the competitive population, and improve their competitiveness.
We will contribute to the revitalization of the region as well as contribute to the improvement of the industry.
